Do not forget that your research paper sentence outline is due next Wednesday.  Carefully read over the instructions on the sentence outline handout.  Email me if you have any questions.

Also, The Pact final test will be next Friday, and we will go over the quotations at the beginning of the week.

On last week’s agenda, you were given a participial phrases assignment, which is to be turned into turnitin.com. Please read the assignment carefully; directions on how to log in to turnitin.com are also included on the assignment. Two students have logged in to turnitin.com. Good job. Check your grammar book if you are not sure what participial phrases are, but we did cover them this week. The assignment is due by midnight on Monday, Sept. 14th.

Please post a comment telling me if you think that this mode of communicating with you will be helpful in reminding you of due dates.  You will receive 25 bonus points for your input.  For example,  do not forget to have a folder for essays and a folder for research tomorrow.  You will also need twenty-five 5×8 note cards.  If you cannot locate any 5×8 cards, you can stop by my room before school and buy 25 cards from me for 50 cents.  You can also buy a folder for 25 cents.
